All of our appointments are private. We work through your toughest topics together, without fear of judgment. If we decide that medication is appropriate for you, I will provide you with a thorough education about expectations as well as options. Sometimes non-medication approaches are the best fit. I encourage most patients to pursue individual therapy. I provide a strong list of reputable therapist referrals, and we work together to match you with the right therapist.

Welcome to Luna Psychiatry, PLLC! I am Isabell C. Miller, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC! I started my business in 2023. Owning my private practice is a dream come true.
Where did the name, Luna, come from? It’s no secret that I am infatuated with the moon. However, my inspiration for the name actually originated from my late gentle giant, Luna Bear. I adopted Luna Bear from the Texas Great Pyrenees rescue.

I am a board certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. I come to you with about 15 years of hands on nursing experience. I have a broad range of nursing experiences: clinics, intensive care units, residential treatment centers, etc…
I earned my masters education and advanced practice nursing degree during the pandemic, while working and raising my daughters. It was no easy task to get here, but I can genuinely say that I am honored and proud to have arrived!
The care I provide encompasses the whole person. My approach involves creating a treatment plan based on the life dynamics you experience now… with the acknowledgment of what you may carry from your past. We address social, spiritual, and physical aspects of your life. We are all complex beings, not a single diagnosis!
